The newsletter form collects an email address. The volunteer and contact forms collect the name, email and phone number you type into them. Nothing else is collected automatically beyond standard hosting logs.

Why we keep it

To answer you, to organise patrol rotas, and to send the seasonal newsletter you asked for. We do not sell or share any of it.

How long

Newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Volunteer records for the length of the season plus twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold on you. Write to contact@petrel.re and we will act within one month.
